3D printed fruit pulp

I use to work in a juice bar and we use to make Juice out of oranges, apples, carrot ect. it was made by placing the fruit and vegetables into an industrial juicer and the fruit would turn into juice and exit though a funnel, then the left over fibers of the fruit would make a pulp and the pulp would be forced though another hole and fall into a bin below the bench. The pulp would then be unwanted and thrown away and either composted or used as worm farms or feed to pigs.

I want to think of a way to incorporate the use of the pulp into a 3d printed form so it is no longer discarded as waste., I was thinking either having the printing product at the end of the shoot and have it as the next stage in the proses where it would change it into a product or to use it when you take the pulp away and make it outside the shop zone. In busy Juice bars a lot of pulp is dictated in busy days around about 3-4 bags of pulp is thrown away, So I would have to design something that works with that demand of pulp. 

I felt the next step to do was to research what was already out there with using fruit pulp, most places recommended recommended into weird ways to make it into food such as muffins and mixing in in food or dehydrating it. but I didn't really want to do that, I didn't really like the idea of mixing it back into food, even though it is 100% natural food, it won't seem well designed. I then looked to see if any one had 3D printed with pulp and stumbled upon Eco-cup PriO 

"PriO is a waste-free juicer, which automatically pour freshly extracted juice into the mono-use eco-сups, which it produces himself from the fruit or vegetable pulp with the addition of the resin by using technology of 3d-printing. It makes such package 100% bio degradable and moreover allows to everybody became a designer of their own style of the container." 

This design is so far only a concept and still has room for some to develop on to it. I like the way that the have found a way to think of a way to print with pulp but I don't like the design of it I don't think that it would work as well as it is set out to, but it a good leading point to see what others have though of 3D printing with pulp

Ideas for PVAp

I want to see how I can put PVA into a real life situation and wanted to use the idea of forming it with cloth. When I think of cloth I think of clothing garments and different ways to push that idea;

• The first thought of shirts, and when they are in the store they have starch on them to keep them crisp and to keep their shape. but when you wash the shirt the starch washes out making the shirt more comfortable to wear.
  
  I thought about thinking this Idea further and using PVA intead of starch to create a different quality. I felt that if you soaked the clothing in PVA you could mold it into the shape of someone wearing the garment, this could be used for an avant-garde shop display. Or for catalogs and websites to indicate what the item looked like without using a model and it wouldn't ruin the garment as you could wash it out once no longer needed to keep its shape. 
• another idea I had was to use PVA on one use garments like costumes or gowns, as these garments are one off products you want them to stand out and look unique, so you could use PVA to crate unique forms and shapes to the fabric but still lets you move in the fabric and it will come back to its molded shape. It is also light and breathable to an extent. 
  

PVA experiments.3

I had liked the idea of mixing PVA with cloth and how it could keep its shape when molded into a form, but it was still had moveable and soft tactile properties, so I wanted to see how far I could push this Idea by mixing the solution with different substances and see if they would change the physical properties of PVA acting on cloth.

I decided to see what Boric Acid and Isopropyl Alcohol (100% alcohol) did when reacted with PVA;

I first tried Isopropyl Alcohol, when I poured the PVA pallets straight into the alcohol a reaction between the two products did not occur, I even left it over night to see if it was a slow reaction process but still the PVA did not react with the alcohol. 

I then tried making the PVA react with water then adding the alcohol into the solution, it created a unique reaction, when I poured the Isopropyl Alcohol into the solution the PVA particles reacted with the alcohol and formed little sediments on the top of the liquid.

I then wanted to see what would happen if I socked the cloth into this solution and mold it into a form, I thought that since it made a unique reaction with the alcohol it might change its qualities when acting on the cloth. but I found that it did not change the tactile qualities of the cloth, it was still stiff and held the same shape. 

I concluded that Isopropyl alcohol didn't noticeable change the qualities with PVA acting on cloth.

Next I tried reacting PVA with Boric Acid;

First I tried print the PVA pallets into the boric acid solution and I found that they didn't to dissolve into the solution and bonded together and sat at the bottom of the liquid. So next I poured PVA dissolved in water solution into the Boric Acid and then socked that mixture into cloth and molded it out to see if it it had any noticeable changes. 

But I found just like the Isopropyl Alcohol it did not change the tactile properties of the PVA acting on the cloth, it was still stiff and kept its shape.

I had noticed that over time the PVA pallets that I had put in to solution had softened and enlarged, it had absorbed the Boric Acid and where now soft and stick, I felt that they resembled cottage cheese as they and kept their form and hadn't turned into a liquid state.

I wanted to see if I put this substance in the cloth would it change the qualities, I found it difficult to push the pallets into the cloth as it was thick and sticky, but once in the cloth it held the form well. 

The Boric Acid had changed the physical properties of the PVA and had changed the way it acted on the cloth, intend of socking into the cloth in was more like a paste and and to be painted onto the cloth, it was thick and could be seen on the cloth. I felt that the visual properties had changed as now you could see it and I feel that it is not very visually appealing and to put it bluntly it looks like bird shit. 

In one of the first experiments I did with PVA and water I found out that when you left the PVA and water solution over a long period of time the substance separated making the PVA particles to fall to the bottom making it a thicker substance, I felt that I would try and see if I used the thicker substance with the cloth  and painted on a few coats would it be noticeable diffract when acting on the cloth. 

I found that it had made the Cloth mold thicker and stronger but still had some give to the cloth but would still come back to the form it was molded into, unlike the Boric Acid mold this substance socked into the fabric meaning it gave a cleaner finish and wasn't as noticeable on the cloth as it didn't sit above the cloth.

more PVA experiments

I decided to to a few more experiment to get a greater understanding of the limitations of the compound.

my first experiment I put it into nail polish remover to see if it would react with the Acetone but nothing happened, over the space of three hours the acetone evaporated and the PVA pallets were left behind, they had become sticky like when reacted in water but it did not dissolve into the acetone.

I next wanted to see what would happen if I dissolved the PVA in water then used the milky substage and interacted it with other materials. I first tried paper, and poured the solution onto the paper, I felt that it didn't really react with the paper, it socked through the paper like any other liquid but then just sat on top and did its own thing, when dried it have the paper some stiffness and a shine to it, but nothing noticeably interesting.

I then tried the same technique but with cellophane, I tried pouring the solution onto the cellophane and painting it on with a paint brush and then left them to dry, like the paper nothing unusual happened with this reaction, the PVA didn't change the retain between water and cellophane. 

I then decided I will play around with colours so I used some of my PVA solution and mixed it with water colour paints and then applied it to paper. this reaction turned out more interesting as when it dried it didn't sock into the paper like water colored paints would on there own, it had some depth to it and sat slightly above the page, it was crisp and had a shine. 

I next wanted to see what would happen it I mixed the solution with dishwashing liquid, not much changed with the reactive properties but I wanted to see what would happen when you put bubbles though it because when you put bubbles though just PVA and water nothing formed, so I forced air though the solution and bubbles formed, I was hoping for them to stay up for longer but they popped shortly after, I felt that PVA didn't change the reaction and it would of happen regardless of PVA being in the solution. 

My last experiment i found quite interesting and unique, for this I got sheets of cloth and dipped them in the water and PVA solution and then dried them with a hair drier to decrease the drink process. I found that it would drying in the position that you formed it in, for example I dried one of the cloth  pieces over a circular lid and when it tried it was formed in the shape, it also has some give in the movement you could move it gently and it will come back to the position, I also tried coloring it with water paint and it colored well. the only problem I found it that you couldn't layer it. The PVA didn't act as a glue, when laying up the sheets and then letting them dry it was easy to pull them apart from each other. It was more like origami you could fold the cloth but you couldn't bound them together. 

PVA Ideas

I wanted to think of different ideas to use PVA in different contexts, I found that this was quite a hard thing to think off, I knew that it was food safe but should avoid swallowing the compound.
I came across this cool Idea called Moss Graffiti where you use moss to crate an organic may to crate Art on a space. I thought that if people didn't like it they could just spray it down and it would wash away so I thought you could use this concept with PVA and you could find away you make graffiti with it and over time the PVA wold dissolve with the rain water and wash away therefore it would per permeant and the space could be used for something else.

 The problem that I would find with PVA is the look of it, the reason why I found the moss graffiti so intriguing was the fact that it was an organic art form and it uses both human and nature to crate it, while if you did the same with PVA it is only human input. it also would look as visually appealing being the colour and texture it is, you would have to come up with a way to make it different colours and to not make it so sticky when it is racing with the water.

 

First concept

one Idea I had was to make a foldable hat. one that could have a hard casing but in sections that then could be folded up, so that on a hot day you could take it off, fold it up and put it in your pocked but when wearing it you had more protection then a beanie,

i want to keep to the normal beanie look as posable so looked at the different common shapes. the first was the normal shape with the flappy ear parts to keep their ears warm and the folds would go down the center of the ear parts. the next I looked at the normal round one where the bottom rim is folded over, I felt if I did this one I would make that part elastic so it would hold on to the head better as I am scared that if the segments are hard then they wouldn't hold to the head as well so I would be scared the hat would fall off, so having the elastic part it would hold on but it would also be easy to fold.
My last idea I felt would fit my preference better, I enjoy skiing with only ear warmers (a headband type thing but sits tightly over the ears) i like skiing with ear warms as it means my head were the hair is can breath but my ears and forehead can stay warm, but in this idea it would have the segments but between them will be made of mesh so it can breath, the problem with this one is that on wet days the snow/rain could get inside the hat and defeat the purpose of it and make your head could and uncomfortable so would have to find a way to get air into it but keep it waterproof.

Sketch model;

I decided to try make a sketch model to see if my idea would work, I know the actual shape docent match a shape of the head but I wanted to see if you could get it to fold and it does fold in the way I want it to fold. but as your head is not cone shaped and rounds over, either the materials would have to be able to fold flat when not on the head or would have to be in segments that are curved when in the hat position so have tension on the fabric when like that so it sticks to the shape of the head and then flattens out and collapses when not on the head.

Children safety.

I found in INDN 211 I had enjoyed making children's  toys or objects that were based around children so I felt I could look at making something round children in this task. I have an 18month old brother back at home so thought about thing that you could make his life and surroundings safer. you don't want to restrict children's lives to much as you need them to learn what not to do on their own but there needs to be limitations on how far you will let them go before they are going to corse them harm and danger.

He is a boy of routine and every night he get his little chair and pushes it into the kitchen and watches his mother make his dinner and 'helps' wash the dishes, and he enjoys leaning how his dinner is made, but the only problem with him moving his chair around the kitchen and being able to be at the hight of the bench is he is now able to touch the elements which are occasionally hot and as you are multi tasking when in the kitchen you can watch every second you are in the kitchen so there is the risk of him touching the element when it is hot. it would be good idea to design a way that he can reach the elements and restricted him on pushing his chair close enough to the element but also make it easy for the person cooking to get to the element easily. or design a way so that if he get his hands near it either it wont burn him.

Bread tags it the highest object that kids choke on, so another think I thought I could design was to create a way to keep bread fresh, easy to make, easy to seal and reseal and children won't choke on. you could have a snap-lock type of seal on the bag so that you could reseal it and would have the bread tags but then there is the fear of squashing the bread. or just go to another extreme and design a completely new way to seal brad that will be easy and will take away the bread tag.

wax concepts

I came up with a few concepts on making my own wax light;

• I first came up with have a very geometric wax shape so that when it melted it would change shape to soft rounded organic shapes showing the contrast between the start point and end point, I felt that is form would inherence the forms and shapes wax can take on with it starting out with hard sharp shapes. I was think a few hanging triangles showing repetition and also representing a modern look on stalactites.
• another idea I had was to have multiple lights that had different switches so it was up to the user to switch them on and off, so they could control what lights would corse the wax to melt or at what pace the wax would meant out, the more lights on, the more heat, resulting in the faster the wax to melt. it light is more interactive and got the user to think about how they wanted the wax to form.
• Another shaper I thought of was to have a round shape to represent a flame, i felt that this was a strong way to show the concept of the heat of the light because when I think of wax melting I think of fire melting it, not light so having the wax the shape of wax plays on that idea and when the light is on the wax would melt and change the shape of the wax and slowly reveling the light being the source of the heat and light.
• I also though about how the wax would fall and I didn't just want the wax to fall on the ground but didn't just want a container to capture it in as I felt it would reflect to much on the precedent so I thought about making a clear container that held water in it so when the wax fell of the top part it would fall in to water, and at first the wax would make little balls of wax that floated on the top of the water and then over time as the wax accumulated it would cover the water so you would no longer see it and would act like an iceberg in the ocean and be a stable structure onto of water. It would also be easy to clean up as the wax would of only stuck to its self so to remove it all you would have to do it just scoop it out of the water.
• I also had to think of different ways to hold the wax to the light, in the precedent the used bent wire to hold it on and it also would restrict the wax to much when it is melting so i wanted to find away that would do that to. I thought of doing pins that went though the wax and into the frame on angle. I also thought about having a screw in system so the wax would screw into the frame but I thought that the would be hard to make fit perfectly. I also though of having the wax on top if lighting and having holes around the lights so the wax would drip though because heat risers so having above would not only be easier to support as heat risers it would melt faster. 

water light

I looked into creating a light that used water to produce the current like the "water graffiti wall", I tried to think of other ways to make water interactive and unique in a simple way to create the circuit as that is not my strongest part of design, so the simpler the better.

I first idea I had was to form a kind of funnel so that you would pour water down the center and it would core the lights to turn on and I would design a pattern, I thought about the patters first I came up with the ides where when the water flowed though the lights would turn on in a spiral starting from the top and working its way down, the next I thought rings which different lights would turn on in an unexpected pattern making the whole experience unexpected. and the last was just vertical strips that when the water hit the bottom of the funnel the lights would flash.

another idea I had was to have multiple small funnels that would capture the water in different parts so when then different funnels get water different lights would turn on. this design seemed more interactive and unique I also thought it would be easier to execute. 

Project two SENSORY/EMOTIONAL EXPERIMENT

For this project we have to use the same activity we had for project one (putting on/tying up your shoes) and make three sensory and emotional experiments which will change the material object and the context of the act by changing the taste, look, smell, sound and touch of the act and make them produce the moods or either rebellion, comfort, Austerity and glamor. I will look at each of them and brain storm some ideas that i could make an experiment to reflect them. 

Comfort - 

A condition or feeling of pleasurable ease, well-being, and contentment.

when I first think of comfort I think of touch and temperature, lying in a warm bed with multiple  duvets and pillows to optimize the comfort positions, removing anything that is hard, sharp and ruff. 

When thinking about comforting sounds i think of soothing sounds, nothing with a strong base or to sharp and hash, music that is slow and where the notes are slurred, lullabies. 

with taste comfort food comes to mind, food that is never good for you but makes for feel good inside for the time you consume them, such as chocolate or cake but in my case it would be quality bread or yogurt. 

smell would be a hard one to define when explaining comfort as I feel that everyone would describe it differently but for me I would think the smell of freshly cooked homemade bread or the smell as lavender as it reminds me of my grandparents house or the smell of my mothers perfume, I think when it comes to smell its more the memory the smell gives you and those three remind me of reassurance and peaceful times in my life. 

When I think of sight I think back to how I see touch; a warm padded bed which you could sit or lie in for hours and never have to move. soft shapes and forms, rolling folds on the duvet and big inflated rounded pillows 

Ideas for shoes and comfort:

• I could play around with the idea of smell, when I think of the smell of putting on shoes it never imagine it will smell very pleasant, the smell of sweaty feet and muddy shoes I could change the smell of the shoes to comforting smells, smells that remind them of reassuring times, the emotional side of comfort, in a way telling some "it will we fine" "everything will work out" "life is to short to be upset" etc. 
• if looking at taste I know that you don't really taste when you are putting on your shoes as who wants to eat there shoes but I could make the users have some form of comforting food every time they put on their shoes and see if it changes their experience for example they always have to have a square of chocolate every time. 
• I found when looking at the five people in the last project that most of them found it hard to explain the sound aspect of the act so I could create an experiment that would help inherence it, as a lot of the time when you are putting on your shoes you are in a hurry trying to get out of the door in the mornings so your a bit stressed to make the whole act more comforting I could play soft and soothing music with a slow pace this might cram the people down resulting in making the whole activity more comforting. 
• Touch is a big factor in tying up your laces as it becomes second nature to tie them up and you sometimes don't even look at what you are doing and rely on touch to find your way around tying the laces into a bow. it might be hard to create something that is unique to touch for creating the mood of comfort but still keeping it so you can complete the task, you could make the shoe its self comfortable like a slipper with laces but I feel that will be hard to strongly expose comfort. I could also change the texture of the laces like making them out of a soft fabric or change the temperature of the laces so when you are tying the bow it will feel different then normal. 
• Like touch changing the look of the act will be hard to create comfort as they both are the two dominate senses used to tie up and put on your shoes so changing it to radically could effect the whole task and I feel they interrelate when it comes to comfort so you make something look comfortable you would want something that look warm and inviting, something that would protect you and make you feel better. I could look at different shapes and forms and see what ones look more comforting, such as would rounded edges or soft lines represent the mood by changing the shape and form of the shoe.

Glamour - 

The quality of fascinating, alluring, or attracting, especially by acombination of charm and good looks.   

When first think of Glamour I think of some one suited up ready to go out to a classy event head to tail perfection. I feel that sight is the main sense when it comes to glamour in the way you are inspired to be perfect, formal, confidence and classy and I feel that is has a strong feminine approach  as most males aren't going to say they feel glamourous when they are suited up they are going to say they feel classy or handsome and also when you are feeling glamourous you aren't going to do any of those stereotypical  masculine activities like go run in the mud or go oil up are car, I feel its a sense of pride and status to feel glamourous and most people ant feel like this it most days of their lives. I looked up glamour in google to see what other people thought glamor looked like and a lot of photos and images showed females done up in fashionable clothing and their make up done perfectly with perfect lighting to bring out  their features.
Smells that I associate with glamourous I think would be the smell of perfume to be specific a really sweet smelling perfume or that coconut chocolate smell of fake tan or the strong smell of nail polish, I feel that the smell of glamour is the smell of the products you use to get ready to look glamourous.
The sound of glamour is a hard one to describe I feel it would be quite abstract and everyone would have a different approach of what it is, I would say the sound would be that cheesy music they play in movies when the girl walks now the stairs all dressed up to go to the ball or prom or another high class event when they have been transformed into Cinderella and every turn and watches her walk down the stairs in owe.
I feel that glamourous would taste richly sweet a little but to over the top sugar coated. I can picture it as  a overly rich chocolate cake with chocolate icing and covered in strawberries where you would only want one small slice as you can see you teeth growing cavities just looking at it.
Touch is a difficult one to talk about as I feel its quite hard to touch glamour but I would feel glamours with the different types of materials used used with in the upper class, high class event industry such as the soft smooth touch of silk or satin, or the touch of the fakeness of some of the adds on to looking glamourous such as the plastic feel of fake eye lashes and hair or the feel of fake nails when you are tying to use to hands and they get in the way.

Ideas of Glamour for laces and shoes:

• one Idea to create glamour when tying up your shoes would have music on when doing them up that music used in the moves it could result in the person feeling more glamorous about the act making it feel more important and proud to be putting on the shoes.
• For touch I could change the fabrics used like use satin laces to have that soft smoothness run through your fingers, or when you are putting on shoes to feel glamorous i feel that heel make you feel more glamourous so I could try see if people feel different when putting on heels to sneakers or I could make it so people put on shoes at the angle the heels are at and see if that makes people feel more glamourous. 
• Smell I was thinking making the shoes smell like what you would think glamour smells like, such as the smell of a sweet perfume 
• I want to know if you would feel more glamourous putting on your shoes after you have had a glamourous meal or have had five start meal out making you feel powerful and important, would you feel more glamourous???
• If you were given shoes with a higher status or value would you feel more glamourous? in reality at most of the time a branded shoe is only different in its look so if you piked a shoe that looked more expensive then another would you feel more glamourous when putting it on??

CLOUD: An Interactive Sculpture Made from 6,000 Light Bulbs

Another light design I looked at was one called the Cloud designed by Caitlind r.c. Brown & Wayne Garrett which is an interactive sculpture which is made up of 6,000 light bulbs which have been placed to form the shape of a cloud and is designed for the user to turn the lights on and off individually by pulling hanging cords.  it was designed to 're-imagining their potential to create wonder and inspire collaboration.  As part of the process of creating the sculpture, the artists collected burnt out incandescent light bulbs from the surrounding community, forging an informal relationship with non-artists, reducing costs, and asking audiences to reconsider household items in an alternative context. During exhibition, viewers interact with CLOUD by initiating impromptu collaborations, working as a collective to turn the entire sculpture on and off." I like how interactive this lighting device is and how they use reused simple everyday light bulbs to creates something unique and creative, I like the sound the cords make as the rattle backwards and forth it creates a lovely fluid look that I feel resembles rain falling. like watching the joy that the users had as they pulled the different strings wondering what lights would turn on and off.

Water Light graffiti

When I was looking up ideas for my next project I came across this project that Antonin Fourneau had designed. It is a wall made up of LED thats lights up when touched by water, I found it was a very unique and interesting way to produce light it allows the user to create their own pattern in the light, he took something simple and elegant and things that we interact with day to day and creating an interactive design object. I like the way that it was made to be interactive and unique, everyone would see it differently and would use it differently, its such a simple and elegant object that stands out from other lighting devices. I would like to try incorporate the way that water is used at a switch and conductor in this model I think it is simple and unique as you then don't need big on/off switches or wires connecting everything up.

First light ideas

I wanted to look at different ways to design my light, I wanted to focus on ways to stop/control light; 

One idea I had was to cut shapes into materials to create a pattern with light, I want to do a pattern that is simple as I feel that if i made the pattern to complex it will take the focus away from the light its self and focus on the pattern the light is making, It will become more of an art feature rather then an interesting light feature. 

Another Idea I had was to to focus the light so it only went on one point or area of a room, as sometimes when light a space you don't want light to be fulling up the whole room but only the part you are using fro example you only want it on you desk or on you bed. An idea I had for designing this was to create away to angle light in to a point by stopping light traveling away from the directed position by having angled groves or walls pointing in the way of the wanted potion. 

The last idea I had was to create moving light/shadows, I felt that this would give a different approach to stop and controlling light. A way I was planing to do this was to have a stationary light fixture and then have the cut out lamp shade spin around it resulting in moving shadows from where the light docent escape, I don't feel that the moving component should move very fast as if it moves to fast it draw away form the focus on the moving shadows and focus more on fast flickering light which I feel will give a cheep and tacky feel to the model.

PRECEDENTS

 I felt that I liked the idea of making a stop motion as I felt it would be an effective way to present my movie. I looked into stop motion videos on you tube and vimeo for ideas on how to make it and I really liked the the theme where they make stop motion out of paper, I felt that it would reflect my app well as my app is made out of text. i liked theres videos from vimeo;

all of these videos use paper to create stop motion, some give the vintage feel which I like as if reflects my app, while others use different colours of paper to contrast the different imagery and to make it bold and stand out.

FIRST IDEA

My first Idea is to make a 3D world made out paper with words on it, such as magazine or news paper pages and have stop motion of a cut out of a person walking through it to reenact my app

 I made two of the walls to trial it but I felt to execute this well it would require a lot of time so i felt i should simplify my idea.

IDEA TWO

my second idea was to make people out of paper such as news paper or magazine paper as it would reflect my app. I felt that they would be easier to stop motion then making the 3d world in my first idea. I first made silhouettes of people but i felt if i made them they would take time as each movement i would have to cut out a new person.

so i tried to make a cut out of a person which moved so i made different parts that moved such as arms and legs and then put pins in them so they could move. after making one in white i felt i should make one that contrasted with it as i could use an off white background like my app and then the person wouldn't stand out. So I made one in red. I haven't figured out how I could incorporate them. 

i made a small stop motion to show how i could make them walk.

this is my story board i felt i would make it simple. in the movie i want ti to walk through what the app can do. with a person being lost and writing on the wall saying they are lost, I felt that she should write on the wall as I felt it reflected my app as it incorporated the idea of using words as a main idea. they would then place the phone on the ground and the app would fold out of the phone the would then play till the main screen then go back to them saying they cant find there friend then would show how they found how they are on campus and then from there would stop motion of them walking with the walls will have a overlay of text just like the app but putting in on the actual walls on kelburn. 

WALLS

in my movie i want there to be iteration with the user and the app such as opening the app and showing how they use it. but also have things that happen 'in the real world' to relate back to the app. the two ideas i have come up with is having the user wright on the walls saying that they are lost, so the audience knows that they are need something to help them direct them on where to go. 

Also in my app when it goes into 3D view it has the walls made up of text and this text tells them where to go and where they are located. I want to incorporate this idea into my app by having stop motion of the user walking though kelbun and have text overlaying the walls

I am a small stop motion to see how it looked, I found that this was very time consuming as on each frame i had to move the text and then line it up to where it was stilling in the previous frame. I also found that there was to much going on when I had them up and you lost focus on the person walking. 

FLASH

I had great trouble with Adobe flash this time around, It spent most of the time freezing or quitting which resulted in me spending hours trying to export the movie parts of my app in to quick time so i could try make my movie in iMovie which worked with less tantrums

ADD ON'S

I added a new part to my film that I didn't put in my story board. I felt that i should explain to the user what each main button did so I had the sham hands used in my app to point on each option and tell the user and audience what each button did.

MUSIC

I spent ages trying to find the best sound to fit my film, I wanted a tune that was happy and quirky as i felt it would give a positive spin on the film. I decided on a tune that i found on http://freemusicarchive.org a song by Oskar Schuster called Sneeuwland
